Programs are tailored to beginners or experienced athletes alike. With Run or Run/Walk or Marathon Walking training plans. Each plan is modified for the individual.  Certified Coaches Barry and Michele have been training experienced and first time endurance athletes for 20 years. If this is your first endurance event or if you’re ready to kick it up for a new personal record, Coach Barry & Michele are ready for you!
