Selecting the correct category of shoe (neutral, stability or motion control) is very important. It improves the comfort of your workouts and helps to prevent possible injuries.

If you aren't sure as to what category or shoe you need, you can stop into the store to be properly fitted. We will also examine your old shoes and examine the shape of your feet. We will perform a free gait analysis. A gait analysis will help us determine the proper category of shoe for you based on the amount of pronation of your foot and the height of your arches. Then, we will recommend a variety of shoes which will meet your characteristics and the results of the gait analysis. We will explain why we selected the group of shoes we've presented.

If you can't make it into the store, here's a quick guideline on selecting the correct category of shoe:

Neutral - medium to high arches and the arch remains that way through your stride

Stability- low to medium arches that are flexible and collapse somewhat

Motion Control - low to no arch or your arch is extremely flexible and disappears through your stride
