Event Description: This running clinic is free for Boys and Girls between the ages of 6 and 14 and will include experienced and/or professional instruction on Running Techniques, Proper Stretching and Nutrition. The clinic will end with a timed one-mile fun run. This is part of a year long project, that is required of all graduating Seniors at West Shore Jr/ Sr HS. Corin Cassario is a passionate runner and has been involved with local running as well as High School Cross Country and Track and Field for 3 1/2 years. There will be water, gatorade and prizes

Event Description: This 5K Run and Walk is along a scenic path in Vero Beach. Proceeds for the event will go to the United for Families Road to Success Program which helps teens that are aging out of the foster care system become contributing, successful adults in our society. Road to Success teaches the ABC's of adulthood and also helps students financially who are attending college and maintain a 2.5 GPA. Event Description: The first half of the 10k runs through the rolling streets of Eau Gallie. The second half takes you out and back over the Eau Gallie Causeway, with breathtaking views of the Indian River. Event Description: The Dad's Day Tri is the third and final stop on the Surf Coast Trifecta. Overall and age group champions for the series will be crowned at this event and awarded their share of the series' total $3,000.00 purse. The Dad's Day Tri features the only ocean swim in East Central Florida and one of the most stunning spring courses anywhere. Aside from typical divisions, the event includes Best Placing Dad, Granddad, Big Daddy (Clydesdale) and Sugar Daddy divisions. There is also a Father and children relay. (Minimum age 13 for children).
